Murder Probe As Teen's Body Found In Bath

Murder squad police are investigating the death of a badly injured 15-year-old boy found in a bath. 

The teenager was discovered apparently drowned and with a number of other injuries at the property in Newham, east London, at lunchtime on Christmas Day.

A man and a woman, both aged 27, have been arrested.
Police were called by London Ambulance Service to the property in Hathaway Crescent at 12.15pm following reports of a drowning.
Officers found the boy in the bath with "a number of injuries" and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Next of kin are aware, Scotland Yard said.
The death is being treated as suspicious and a post-mortem will be held.
Members of the Met's Homicide and Serious Crime Command are investigating.
The two people arrested are in custody at separate police stations in east London.
